OK, who else picks out the phrase in the last posting that proves I'm over the hill?
tick tick tick...
It is "in living color." For those of you under a certain age, the phrase harkens back to the early days of color TV...and hearing that a show was broadcast (sometimes live!) "in living color" was certainly mocking to those of us still watching B/W. As we did til my father built (!) a set in 1968 or 69.
BTW, I still own a b/w tv set. A high school graduation gift from my brother and his then wife. 13" I believe. It still works perfectly, and pulls in the over-the-air channels that I can't get clearly on any other TV in the house ---hence the need for the dish. On all the tv's but the b/w one. Although that would be conversation piece!
