huh! I didn't expect this fine customer service from enterprise car rental:

"On Tuesday, we sent you an email in Spanish by mistake. To apologize, please accept 15% off your next rental at any neighborhood location or get a free upgrade at any airport location. We look forward to seeing you soon."

I'm sure the majority of customers sent this email won't take advantage of the offer, but it is a nice gesture. And they're probably betting on that ---but still.....

That is a nice gesture. I remember when Hilton sent something out in German. It was strange.

Did you email them and tell them they sent it out or did they realize their error?

What is up with you?
