Wow, I think I would've kept it a while! No wonder it sold so fast.
well, we kept it 10 years after my mother died.
And we really needed to fix it up, what with no one really being there that long.
that said, it only took about 8k dollars to do so.
But, rents are low-ish, and it just didn't seem cost effective any longer.
we all did see a nice profit! almost 100% in ten years.
btw, we're just the lower level
the lower level looks like heaven
well, it looks great now! Thanks to new paint, carpet and tile. I will miss it very much. I don't think I can visit sarasota again.
