Everyone knows i heart anthony bourdain, but're breaking my heart here.

Discovery Channel has just started selling Tony's "No Reservations" series. You'd think that'd be cause for celebration. But it's not. Two reasons why:

1. Discovery is selling these by the two-episode disc, at 22 bucks each. Why not a set of the entire first episode for a list price of 35 most TV shows?

2. Runtime is listed as 1 hour 40 minutes. Which means no extras. No outtakes of Tony being absurdly charming as he chokes down more putrified shark. Or dashingly bad-cute as he does just about anything. Boring. Why bother?

I can't decide if they're being cheap, or stupid.

i vote for stupid....
since it costs nothing to tape the show.
of course, there are a zillion commercials
per episode.. but like a friend of mine used
to say... anything that's free, is cheap.

omg, he is cute!looks like an older version of that guy you spent too much time with back in the dark ages of college.
You say this one is on TV? I must find this program.

And the gentleman in the post above is yummy, too. I think i'm going to have to get back into pop culture stuff.
